It's weird but I can't repro it anymore either.
Even when I add the remapping it's working fine.

I'll post again if it happens again as I add more filters.

No, they are the exact same list of folders (at least during testing, but I would like to get more specific per user).

Could you please try updating your server to latest build (1338 or later).

I'm on that version already as you can see from the screenshots.

No, I don't. But I do have an Include only setting under the NTFS journal ...
