Can I search (additionally) for patterns INSIDE a file?

As far as I can see I can only search for filename patterns. But what about patterns INSIDE the found files?

Example:
I want to search for all files matching *.log and which contain the text string "useraccess=foobar".

Is this possible?

A different search tool Effective File Search available for free from here

offers such options.
Unfortunately its is rather slow.

So it would be perfect to have a search tool with the features of Effective File Search and the speed of Everything.

Could you add search-inside-filters to Everything?
