i am getting an error related to everything.exe saying it cannot find file msvcr70.dll. search everything works but i get this error on boot. thanks running Windows XP Sp3

That's weird,I thought I have that file but it looks like I don't have it and Everything never said anything about it...no errors here(WinXP SP3)

Maybe some program is injecting dll files into the everything process and that program requires that file.
You can try the program "Process Hacker"
1.Completely exit Everything
2.Start Process Hacker
3.Start Everything and wait for the error to appear
4.Switch to Process Hacker,double click on the Everything.exe and go to Modules
5.Check which files are in red(the column File Name contains the file path...I have 6 files and I know each one of them for what it is)

msvcr70.dll is not an "import", so not required by Everything (though certainly possible from other "modules" that have loaded).
msvcr80.dll is loaded (no red) as a Module, on my end. XP SP3.
(I have 80's 90's & 100's, installed here.)
