How about Full select

I love Everything and turn off defaut find of window 7.But From the first to last ver release i try to setting it full row select but not working so i try to change color of alternative row to easy to find file name and path and others info of file. So can you add a feature to Everything? Hilight a row of item selected .Many Thank(Sorry My bad English)

I would also like to see this. The full row highlights when I have the mouseover highlighting turned on, but it's hard to track which row I have selected if I'm navigating with the arrow keys.

Full row select has been implemented for the next release of Everything.
