Did the User Interface change?

When running before there were several mouse-selectable options such as date, file type, etc. It wasn't necessary to type search parameters in the search bar.
Now when I open "Everything" there is only the list of files and a search bar. I can't find a way to display those selectable choices.
Can someone tell me how to display them again? Was there an upgrade in the UI that eliminated them? Thanks for any help!

See if you have collapsed their width to zero.
Or right-click the Name column & select the columns you wish to display.
