AdwCleaner 4.11o lists as malware? viruscan clean

Just ran this- can get link from bleepingcomputer.com , supposed to be good but have found false positive in past. Virus total reports all files clean. any information? have run frequently in past with no note of everything.
Any info? it is a French program.

Everything?
Where did you get Everything from?
What version?
Does the md5 hash compare?
If so, then all is alright.
