Everything V1.3.4.686(x86) always index the new USB Disk partition,

but the settings in everything.ini

auto_include_fixed_volumes=0
auto_include_removable_volumes=0

Is it a bug?

The Everything.ini might not be saving your settings correctly.

Could you please check if Auto include new fixed volumes is checked in Tools -> Options -> NTFS?
