How do I manage to start Everything without having to confirm this screen?

"do you want to allow the following program from an unknown publisher to make changes to this computer?"

I have win 8 64bits
Run as admin is checked.
Check for updates, ETP/FTP and HTTP are unchecked

It doesn't work.

That thread is a wee bit old.

Uncheck "Run As Admin".
Then use the Everything Service.
