One of the desktop search I used called Avafind had a functionality called scout bot where in all the files that are created/changed in the system are displayed.
I think, like Avafind Everything also has a listener which records and updates the database as the files change in file system
(I observed this once when I was searching for something and a file with same name was created somewhere in the system and search result got automatically updated at that moment), we just have to show it in different pane/frame.
It would be nice to have a functionality like scoutbot

This has been implemented for the next release of "Everything".
If you would like to test it now please try the latest alpha from:
http://www.voidtools.com/Everything-1.2.1.431a.zip
Make sure you exit previous versions of "Everything" before running the alpha.
To use the new recent changes feature, click the recent changes column header.
This will load the recent changes from the USN change journal and display the most recent results first.

* When i make a search everthing sorts the results with respect to the "name".
To sort them by "path" etc. i should click to the column header.
Is there a setting that makes the sorting column to preset value like "size"?
* Besides, it would be better if the results are sorted with respect to "date recently changed"
Opening the program with the files sorted with repect to "name" doesn't make much sense.
* It would also be helpful to have USN journal entries in a seperate frame or tab.
But i think it makes your programing complex, or users are used to this appearance.
Thank you for great work.

The column with the run frequency is great. However, I think it would be much more useful if it didn't reset when closing the program (i.e.: every time you restart the computer). I would like it to show the run frequency from when I started using Everything.

Thank you David, Everything is far very useful from Ava Find.
It is a great software!
But i still use Ava Find and Everything together.
Because in Ava Find:
- I can sort search results with a predefined parameter (i use max. file size)
- USN journal results are added in a seperate frame in window. So i don't try to use column of Everything.
My suggestions for Everything:
- To have an option to allow me;
--- When i open Everything, it will sort files due to the USN journal change date.
--- When i search some file, it will sort files due to the max file size, on my every search even i close and reopen program.
