702: Database defaults to %APPDATA%

Just to note, that the Database location now defaults to %APPDATA%.
Earlier versions did not.

(Also note that if you change the location, it does not remove the .db from the old location, but does create the new in the specified location.)

This is a bug.

The default location should be the same location as your Everything.exe.
Unfortunately, %LOCALAPPDATA%\Everything is always being used.

Have fixed for the next update.
