Localization for creating desktop shortcut ?
I think the default shortcut creating should be in English, like all other programs. That's the way we used to. User wants can edit it manually.

This was referring to a bug. On some PCs when using the multilingual version of Everything, installing the desktop shortcut doesn't work.
