I am currently using Everything v1.3.4.686 and start it on system startup.
It would be nice to be able to skip the User Account Control warning as it done for example in the CCleaner (refer to Options > Advanced tab).

Please try installing the Everything service and disabling Run as administrator.

Everything is set to "run as administrator" but still requires User Acount Control release every time.

Worked perfectly. Everything was the only program (so far) that required UAC authorization every time I ran it.
