After uninstalling Everything on Windows 10 64bit Enterprise, Windows Search does not work. Clicking on Search icon does not do anything. I tried restarting Windows Search Service but it does not help.

(AFAIK, what you may or may not do with Everything should not affect Windows Search - or much of anything outside of Everything [but then I know nothing of Win10].)
