folders list constantly lost upon restart

Hi, using Version 1.4.0.713b (x64), everytime I goto option | indexes |folders and add some folders on my local NAS via ip address.

i.e. \\192.168.1.115\myfolder

Then everything indexes the folder and works properly. However after restart, reboot etc. of my system, the folders list is cleared over and over. Forcing me to re-add the folders and then re-index them. How can I fix this?

More specifically, please make sure "Store settings and data in %APPDATA%\Everything" is enabled from Tools -> Options -> General.
