Have seen this issue for a couple of releases; Do not know if new issue or not.
Running 1.4.1.811b (x64) and ES 1.1.0.5a.
Jpsoft alias:
ff="c:\program files\everything\es.exe" -w -pause -sort dm -size -dm -sizecolor 249 -dmcolor 252 -empty-search-help
If I do a search of an item less than a page full of files, and the window width is less than the widest file found including the directory I get the pause page prompt. If I change the width wider, then I do not get it.
I would not think width of window should do this.

PS Happy Thanksgiving to all that celebrate it.
Strange minor issue with ES.exe
Re: Strange minor issue with ES.exe
This is by design.
If you can scroll vertically or horizontally ES -pause will pause.
This gives the user the opportunity to scroll through all the text, even if they can only scroll horizontally.
What ES needs is a word wrap option so there is no horizontal scrolling.

Re: Strange minor issue with ES.exe
I did not notice the ability to scroll horizontally. Make sense now.
