This has happened twice in the last 2 days and I believe it to be repeatable. After using Everything and minimising it, some time after, focus is constantly lost from the application you are using.
For example; trying to type this message to post would be impossible, as I'd only be able to type a letter before the application focus had left Firefox. I've tried Alt+F4 after focus is lost, but it doesn't appear that anything is 'in focus'!
I've tried closing everything using the Task Manager, and as soon as it's closed, the problem goes away.
I'm running Windows 7 Ultimate 32bit. (I don't think Win7 is even in the supported OS list)

What version of "Everything" are you running?
