Sorting preferences are not preserved in ETP client/server mode !!

Thanks for the bug report.

This is an oversight, I've added to my TODO list: ETP client should request is "fast" sort from the ETP server.

Currently, the ETP client only sees the following sorts as "fast" sorts:

• name
• run count
• date recently changed
• date run

Sorting by a "fast" sort will be preserved.
