Checked ReFS removeable vol, but does not index (within Win7 boot session). Did not try rebooting Win7.

Windows 7 does not support ReFS volumes.
Everything on Windows 7 does not support ReFS volumes.
You will need Windows 10 or later to index ReFS volumes with Everything.

ReFS notwithstanding (it was the only setting in ET that I saw might be preventing index).

Everything should be indexing your SD Card.
Is your SD Card listed in Tools -> Options -> NTFS?
Is "Include in database" checked in Tools -> Options -> NTFS?
If Everything does not see this volume, could you please:

fsutil fsinfo volumeinfo e:

My mistake was that I assumed that "ReFS" referred to "Removable Files System" ie. SD card.
