I'll often use Everything as a starting point for my duplicate file finds.
Passing files or directories to other utilities depending on circumstances.

Like I search for 'xp .iso' & I come across two differently named, but same sized files.
I don't know if they are physically the same, until I generate checksums on the files.
In this instance, I'll right-click & Sendto -> Hasher. (And look, he just released a new version :-).)

MP3s or movie clips, which I keep in a state of chaos, I'll use Everything to search for artists or name, & every so often clean things up, moving stuff (which you can do by dragging directly from Everything) into some sort of normal directory structure. Then I'll use a true duplicate file finder, Easy Duplicate Finder, Duplicate & Same Files Searcher or similar (depending on needs) to root out the dups.

Absolutely!

Everything is already a killer app, this feature would make it a mega-killer app!

A checkbox to show "Clones" would be delicious. Checking this option could show only files that have exact duplicates one above the other, maybe with one highlighted for easy deletion or moving. This would blow away every clone finder.

Check out this clone finder, "Dupelocater". It's currently out of development, but still the best. This little 1-file wonder runs so fast it's scary.
