SE Suddenly "Always On Top"

I took a look through the settings and didn't see an option for this, but I wouldn't be surprised if it's tucked away in there somewhere.

It didn't use to be set to this, but is on multiple machines now. A minor annoyance.

Menu:View > On Top

I guess you accidentally typed the Ctrl-T shortcut to activate this (another Ctrl-T would deactivate this, btw)

Consider removing the hotkey for "Always on Top" :
Menu:Tools > Options > Keyboard > View|On Top|Always : Remove the shortcut for this option.
