One of the drives could be offline due to a drive letter change.

To remove the offline drive:

• In Everything, from the Tools menu, click Options.
• Click the NTFS tab on the left.
• Select E: and click Remove (if possible)
• Select F: and click Remove (if possible)
• Click OK.

To automatically remove offline volumes:

• In Everything, from the Tools menu, click Options.
• Click the NTFS tab on the left.
• Check Automatically remove offline volumes.
• Click OK.

I'm experiencing the same issue.

You might have configured your drive under NTFS Indexing (Menu:Tools > Options > Indexes > NTFS) as well as under Folder Indexing ((Menu:Tools > Options > Indexes > Folders ).

If that is the case, you can remove the one under Folders.
