Your anti-virus software is most likely blocking programs from running from the temp directory.

Please try adding an exception in your anti-virus software for your Everything.1.4.1.895.x64-Setup.exe and try again.

-or-

Please try the portable version of Everything:
  • Download the portable version of Everything.
  • Extract Everything.exe to C:\Program Files\Everything
  • Run Everything.exe
  • If prompted with Access Denied, choose Install Everything Service and click OK.
  • In Everything, from the Tools menu, click Options.
Click the General tab on the left.
  • Check Store settings and data in %APPDATA%\Everything.
  • Check Everything Service.
  • Uncheck Run as administrator.
  • Check Show Search Everything folder context menu item.
  • Check Start menu shortcuts.
  • Check Desktop shortcut.
  • Check EFU file association.
  • Click OK.

@void: Just want to say that it is pretty impressive how you got from this cryptic message:
Failed to execute admin command
How do I fix this issue when I try to install.
to this diagnosis:
Your anti-virus software is most likely blocking programs from running from the temp directory.
Amazing!

Now I really hope @mac1 reports back ...
