drag and drop problem

since a few days , everything function to drag and drop stopped working , now i have to copy paste . can anyone help ? thx

Are you running an 32 or 64-bit OS?

i use W7 64x , In the past i opend a windows explorer windows and next to it everything , when i dragged something ( file or map) from the explorer windows into a map displayed in everything it behaved like a cut/paste action . now if i do this i cant let the file or map to let loose in everything .
