Things to do >> how to make them happen quicker

Everything is just... everything! Great (maybe greatest) piece of software for sure!

I would like to add my voice up to making two features major, prioritized:
+ Image thumbnails previewing;
+ Metadata access (EXIF, music tags, etc.)

Of course, all this development has a co$t. So I would like make a suggestion of how to make this happen quicker.

First you should set a group of features most desired by the community. Uservoice.com is the best service to do this I came across. There's probably a core group of features that most of Everything users would like to see implemented, even if not everyone wants the same.

The development of these selected features could be "priced" by you developers. The next step would be to create this initiative as a kickstarter.com project in order to raise the amount asked for. Or not, if cost just seems too high, in which case the project is just dismissed after a certain deadline and we stick to normal rhythm of development and donations (so there's no drawback of any kind, I guess).

I'd happily help ($!) if at least those two features would be implemented. Surely other think the same, maybe about these or other features.

I was really hoping the Everything would be able to quickly search through photo EXIF data for keywords!

I guess the fact that your request from 6 years ago never got a reply, is not a good sign!
