Cannot search the root directory

If searching in the root directory (such as c:\, d:\), we may right click c:\ in the windows explorer and choose "search Everything". But the popup windows of Everything shows nothing. We may see, the searching position shown in dialog box is "C:"". Maybe there is a mistake. Because if you change the searching position from "C:"" to "C:\", searching can be fulfilled.

Is this a bug?
