In Everything, From the Search menu, click Organize filters....
Click the Everything filter and click Edit....
Change the Search to:
!c:\users\<the username you wish to exclude>\
For example, exclude the username greg:
!c:\users\greg\
Click OK.
Exclude globally:
In Everything, From the Tools menu, click Options.
Click the Exclude tab.
Click Add folder....
Select C:\users\<the username you wish to exclude> and click Select Folder
For example, exclude the username greg: select c:\users\greg and click Select Folder.
