Suggest: Add "Description" field to Bookmarks and Filters

I would like it if Everything had a descriptive comments field for individual Bookmarks and Filters, that can be read and modified in the Editor and displayed as a ToolTip hint.

This will allow for greater sharing of bookmarks and filters so users can better understand what they do.

A Description and Tags field for bookmarks is on my TODO list.

For now, consider including the description in the Bookmark Name.

For now, consider using the nop: search function as a description.

The nop: search function does nothing (nop = no operation)

For example:
Set the bookmark Search to:
nop:"My Bookmark Description" my search...

The bookmark search (along with the nop: description) is shown in the statusbar when hovering over a bookmark with the cursor.

I like the idea of the bookmark tooltip as the bookmark window blocks my statusbar.
