How can I achieve this search result?

This is my search string:
Doe, John

I have folders in my computer named both "John Doe" and "Doe, John". I want my search result to return both. When I do this in explorer, it returns both folders but in Everything, I am only getting "Doe, John".

Please try searching for:

john doe

Please make sure no search options are checked under the Search menu (eg: uncheck match case, uncheck match whole words, uncheck regex)
