Is there a way to prevent Everything from closing when I press Escape?

To disable the ESC key from closing Everything:

• In Everything, from the Tools menu, click Options.
• Click the Keyboard tab on the left.
• To the right of Show commands containing, type in: close
• Select File | Close
• Select ESC (Global)
• Click Remove.
• Click OK.
