(1.5a) mouse scroll by page results in scroll by -1 line
Windows handles mouse 'scroll by page' by setting HKCU\Control Panel\Desktop\WheelScrollLines = '-1'. 1.4 handled this properly, but 1.5a scroll by page events are causing the result list to scroll by -1 line (opposite of scroll direction).

Everything 1.5.0.1312a fixes an issue with mouse-wheel-scrolling a page at a time.
