Yes, Keyboard Shortcuts is mostly up to date.

There's a very minor changes missing, such as Shift + Enter to Open.

Thanks, I find one of the problems with some of the forum pages is that they show the date of creation rather than the modified date.

Can anything be done about this?

Manually changing dates of forum-posts is technically possible, but is not possible through the forum interface. It requires changing the database tables directly.

So the practical answer is: No, you will have to revisit the forum from time to time to keep up with all the new "toys"
(especially during the alpha phase; things will stabilize once in beta)

Modifying a post will not push the topic to the top.
Creating a new post will push the topic to the top.

I am starting to document changes with new posts.

This will happen more once Everything 1.5 is in beta.
