Run Count (and Favorites) at the top of the Result List

Adding a command to
View(menu) -> Sort By ->
something like:
View(menu) -> Sort By -> Run Count (and Favorites) at top

This command will make Advanced Sort behind the scenes. The result list will be sorted first by Run Count(Descending), and then by the user sorting (Name for example).
What is important, is that the user doesn't see the result list sorted by RunCount column. The user sees the result list is sorted by his preference. (The sort mark, the triangle, is in the column of the Name, for example)

The user will be able to assign a hotkey and to toggle this command. From the user's point of view, the sorting in the results list does not change while toggling. (It stays Name(Ascending),for example)

I will consider a "Run Count (and Favorites) at top" option to always show the run count and favourite items at the top of the result list.
