some folder or files can not be found by everything

I use the everything to search some driver files. For example , the file "nvopencl64.dll" under the path C:\Windows\System32\DriverStore\ can not be found by everything but can be found by windows search.

Everything version is V1.4.1.1017 (x64), and my copmuter system is win10 21H2 19044.1826

I'm going to assume the file is a hard link.

1.4 What is the Current Status of How E. Handles Hard Links?

In Everything 1.5 Alpha, there are some differences in hard link handling, but I'm not sure of the specifics offhand.

This file is a hard link.

While Everything 1.4 indexes hard links, it does not maintain them.

Please try forcing a rebuild:

• In Everything, from the Tools menu, click Options.
• Click the Indexes tab on the left.
• Click Force Rebuild.
• Click OK.

The next version of Everything will maintain new and changed hard links.
