Go to Tools > Options > Indexes > Exclude. Press [Add Folder ...] button and select a directory then click OK. Now the directory appears in the list. Repeat the same step for the same directory. Now you have in the list two times the same directory. In this way you can add the same directory n times.
A warning message that the directory is already excluded should be shown.
