Disable (context menu) shell extensions

Suggestion to add /context_menu_shell_extensions=0/1 to menu:Tools => Debug.

I often ask users to disable context_menu_shell_extensions.
icon_shell_extensions is another one..

I will consider adding a shortcut under Tools -> Debug.

I often ask users to disable context_menu_shell_extensions.

That was the reason for this suggestion (to "promote" it to the GUI)
