crash about v1.3.1.636b

I encounter problems about everything v1.3.1.636b
1. if I rename the file, the everything will crash;
2. if I re-start the everything, it'll re-scan and re-build the database.

Anyone have encountered the same problems? Any advices? orPlease fix these.
