Possible to use everything to track file creation/deletion?

Post by dave »

Hi All,

I thought it would be really useful if everything can log every file creation/deletion. This can assist in troubleshooting many issues.
Does anyone know if everything can do this?

The resulting log file I expect would look like this:

Code: Select all

2023-04-26 13:01 New File Detected C:\temp\somefile.txt
2023-04-26 13:05 File Deletion C:\temp\somefile.txt

Try the index journal...Menu>Index>index journal.

It can also save a daily log file.
