Never had issues until about 30 days ago, Now every time I run Search Everything, it crashes after about 40 minutes and I get a window that says:
.\src\thread_t.cpp(106): thread_t::start(): Fatal error: Assertion failed
Last Windows Error 8: Not enough storage is available to process this command.
I am clueless what it means but there is plenty of storage available, I have 2.5 terabytes of drive space and I am running 10 gigs of memory.
BTW, I have deleted the db and rebuilt it already.
Fatal Error
Re: Fatal Error
This problem can occur when upgrading your C run time libraries.
There is a handle leak in Everything with certain C run time libraries when creating threads.
I do not have a fix for older versions of Everything, you might like to try the recent beta which should fix the problem.
