Everything doesn't have an option to backup the current theme yet.
An option to do so is on my TODO list.
For now, please consider exporting all settings:
- In Everything 1.5, from the Tools menu, click Import and export settings....
- Check Export settings and click Next....
- Choose a filename and click Export.
To import settings:
- In Everything 1.5, from the Tools menu, click Import and export settings....
- Check Import settings and click Next....
- Select your backup filename and click Import.
