Win + F

is it possible using windows+f to open everything, or using double click Ctrl like listary ?

i can uninstall feedbackhub with bcuninstaller

i dont wanna install AutoHotKey or similar any bloat software,

i can do with alt+f, but i prefer win + f

Please try disabling the existing Win + F hotkey:

• From the Start menu, search for:
  regedit
• Right click the Registry Editor and click Run as administrator.
• In the Registry Editor, navigate to:
  HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Advanced
• Right click on the right side and click New -> String Value
• Change the Name to: DisabledHotkeys
• Set the DisabledHotkeys value data to: F
• Restart Windows and try binding Win + F in Everything under Tools -> Options -> Keyboard -> Show Window Hotkey.

(I'm not sure this works on Windows 11)





To open Everything with double Ctrl you'll need Everything 1.5:

• In Everything 1.5, from the Tools menu, click Options.
• Click the Advanced tab on the left.
• To the right of Show settings containing, search for:
  ctrl
• Select double_ctrl_action.
• Set the value to: Show Window
• Click OK.
