1.5 Won't Open/Run

I can't get either the installer to run or the program that comes in the zip. I figured it might have been something to do with me already using 1.4 so I uninstalled Everything completely, & redownloaded the installer & it still won't open.
Any suggestions?

What Anti-virus software are you using?

Please try manually installing Everything:

• Extract Everything.exe the portable zip to your Desktop
• Move the Everything.exe from your Desktop to:
  C:\Program Files\Everything
  (please create this folder if it does not exist)
• Launch Everything.exe
• If prompted with "Everything" requires administrative privileges to index NTFS volumes, check Install the Everything Service.

• In Everything, from the Tools menu, click Options.
• Click the General tab on the left.
• Check Store settings and data in %APPDATA%\Everything.
• Check Start menu shortcut.
• Check Desktop shortcut.
• Click OK.
