Do you have a duplicated index?
For example, are you indexing your C: drive as an NTFS volume under Tools -> Options -> NTFS and as a folder index under Tools -> Options -> Folders?
Loading an EFU file will remove full path duplicates.
On your main PC, what is shown when you search for:
root:
After loading the EFU file list on another PC, what is shown when you search for:
root:

Do you have a filter enabled on the second PC, other than the default Everything filter?
Check the Search menu-entry if "Everything" is selected.
That was a bad suggestion .. if a filter was enabled, it would have shown up in the status bar.
Anyway: if you open said .efu file in a text editor (for example Notepad) and go to the last line, the statusbar should show the line number, which equals the actual number of entries in the efu file (minus 1 for the header)

No i dont have duplicate
Noticed that database path is missing - After reinstalling application not it will not close suddenly but it will not keep any hotkey that i try, even non used ones!
I wonder if it's a corrupt sort index..
What sort are you using? -Do you see the same number of results if you sort by name.
Could you please try the following:
In Everything, with the file list closed, on the PC you originally exported the file list:
Search for:
root:
What is shown?
Could you please search for each drive letter, for example:
c:
Please take note of the total number of results shown in the status bar for each drive.
---
Open the file list and search for:
root:
What is shown?
Could you please search for each drive letter, for example:
c:
Compare the total number of results shown in the status bar -see if you can find a volume that is out ~300k files.
If you are comfortable with sharing your file list, could you please zip it and send it to support@voidtools.com
Load EliteBook.efu (on 214.)
Export that to a new .efu, Elite-new.efu (on 214)
Compare EliteBook.efu to Elite-new.efu.
(Ensure the visible columns & sort order are the same between 502 & 214.)
