"/allow_delete=!allow_delete" Not working in 1361a

My bookmark for toggling allow_delete (/allow_delete=!allow_delete) seems to stop working in 1361a.

allow_delete is a machine setting.

1361 will only allow changing a machine setting from the search box if you are running Everything as admin and have "store settings and data in %APPDATA%\Everything" disabled.

Previous versions would only allow changing a machine setting from the search box if "store settings and data in %APPDATA%\Everything" was disabled.

I will look into reverting this change.

Yes, I'm not running as admin. It would be nice to have back the previous behavior if there's no other complications.
