Is it possible to have to hot keys setup for "New windows hotkey"?

No, only one.
(the underlying setting is called new_window_key (not _keys) and adding an extra hotkey manually in the ini file gets removed on restart)

Please consider creating a shortcut to Everything on the Desktop or in the Start menu.
Right click this shortcut and click Properties.
Set a shortcut key and click OK.
