Everything uses UTF-8 to list results.

I use IE8.0(Internet Explorer8.0),when i use UTF-8 compatible the IE title is garbled

To enable UTF-8 in IE 8:
From the View menu, under Encoding, click Unicode (UTF-8)

Unforunately, any non-ASCII characters are encoded to %xx in the window title, address bar and FTP Directory.
This is only an appearance issue, Everything should still function correctly.
