Simply disable Everything from running on startup and add a shortcut to Everything in your startup folder for the one user:
  • With any user, In Everything, from the Tools menu, click Options.
  • Click the General tab on the left.
  • Uncheck Run Everything on system startup.
  • Click OK.
    ---
  • With the desired one user account, in Windows Explorer, type in the following address and press ENTER:
    shell:startup
  • Create a shortcut here to C:\Program Files\Everything\Everything.exe
