sorting remote etp server

Sorting by anything apart from name doesn't seem to work for remote etp servers.

This is a limitation of the ETP client/server.

"Everything" displays only what is visible.

Sorting needs to done on the server side as the client does not have all the file and folder data.

Sorting ETP results server side is on my 'wish' list.
