Some strange output on Procmon

I have noticed in more than two PCs that Everything tries to open some device path with a name that looks like some device path parsing/ecnoding bug.
I am not sure if this wrong, just bringing this to your attention.

This is an issue with Procmon when it gathers the filename for NtCreateFile when using OpenFileById.
