additional functionality for 'show row mouse-over'

in my settings the option 'show row mouse-over' is disabled because it is slightly annoying
but sometimes it is good to have it for a few seconds

so i propose to implement a possibility to assign a hot-key (for example, ctrl+shift may be a nice choice) for temporary 'show row mouse-over'
the idea is that the row is only displayed when you hold a hot-key (when it is released, the row is not visible again)

I will consider the option to specify a key modifier to show the current mouse-over.
