• Everything Service for running Everything with a normal user account

Minor changes:

• only one instance of a help page can be opened at a time.
• re-sized help pages.
• fixed an issue when installing the service.
• corrected AND precedence.

What still needs to be done before the next official release:

• Installer localization.
• Online help.
